Adding BIM360 Models to Night Runner

Start by opening the desired files and pressing the BIM360 Info button. This will do two things - it will copy all the data to your clipboard and add it to a new notepad file for later use (for example in a Revit Batch Processor file list).

You can then go back to the file where you would like to connect with, open the Settings and choose Add BIM360. That will present you with the following input window. You don't need to manually paste each part of the information, just select the first field and press Ctrl + V

The following GIF goes throigh all of the steps in detail:

1. Have your Design and Type Files that you want to Push / Pull between opened side by side.

2. Inside of the Type File click on the BIM360 Info button in the Add-Ins tab of the ribbon.

3. This will open a .txt file with the bits of information you would need to connect with the other model and add it to your clipboard.

4. Inside your Project File open the Nightrunner Settings.

5. Click on Add BIM360 (alternatively go to the Night Run tab and use the same button there to set the comparison file).

6. Press Ctrl + V or manually enter the information from the .txt file you extracted in step 3 above.

7. Save and Exit the Settings.
