Interface Customization

These are the icons that you will find in the Metrics toolbar for Rhino and they are organized in the following way:

  • 1 -> these are the tools for parameters

  • 2 -> these are the tools for levels

  • 3 -> this is the command for schedules

  • 4 -> these are the tools for coloring

  • 5 -> these are the tools for Metrics templates

Once Metrics is running you should open the following four panels by clicking on these icons or using their corresponding commands:

  • Create Parameters (1; command: "HS_CreateParameters"). This is the panel to create customized parameters.

  • Parameters (2; command: "HS_Parameters"). This is the panel to check and set the values of the parameters created before.

  • Levels (3; command: "HS_Levels"). This is the panel that will report the information about levels. Heights can be checked and the names of levels can be edited.

  • Schedules (4; command: "HS_Schedules"). This is the panel to create reports.

The location of the panels can customized in any way. The advantage of this display is that the panels are ordered from left to right following the workflow that starts with the creation of parameters to the reports that show the total values of each parameter.
